SHIPPING
Please note, currently we are only able to accept orders to addresses within the within the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. ALO diamonds is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.
- Standard Delivery: Please allow 3 working days for Standard Delivery.
- Express Delivery: Orders placed by 1.30 pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
If you have ordered and engagement ring or have requested any additional service, this may take longer. Our rings are unique - please allow an additional 10 working days for the fulfilment of the order. RETURNS
Returns may be made by carrier or in any of our boutiques in Czechia or Slovak Republic. If you would like to return one of our products: you must notify our Client Services Team within 30 days from the date of delivery via email (customerservice@alodiamonds.com), they will be happy to provide a return label and arrange a collection. Our team is available to help you from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm CET.
